As IT contingent labor and freelancer program manager from June 2015 to 2020, Nida Totonchian oversaw the IT contingent labor managed service provider (MSP) program.

The program facilitates the procurement of IT contingent labor with niche skills across 12 countries, including SOWs, freelancers and consultants. It encompasses several pillars of value-driven solutions, including ID management, a consulting catalog, and a freelancer platform. Totonchian was instrumental in the development of the Freelancer Service, which leverages online services for work product delivery. In this role, she delivered multi-million dollar savings for all services in her portfolio.

Totonchian believes in improving program adoption and reducing unmanaged cost. Since the program is ever-evolving and open to innovation, she has been instrumental in obtaining buy-in from stakeholders across the business to enable the program to thrive. “Adapting to change and understanding the different perspectives within the supply chain is important,” she says.

She has been with ExxonMobil for over 22 years and has led the program alongside fellow CW Program Game Changer Gordon Powell for the last five years.
