After over a decade of experience on the MSP side, developing and leading large multinational programs within the energy sector, it was a natural fit for Jaime Frost to move to the client side and join the Enbridge supply chain management contingent labor category team in 2019. Her experience provides a deep understanding of the technical aspects of a program as well as the people component.

As senior category specialist at Enbridge, Frost has refined its contingent workforce program, known as RightStaff. She led the effort for Enbridge to become one of the first to incorporate pipeline construction, inspection, right of way and land services into a contingent workforce program. Frost explores methods to refine processes, creating automated ways of working to improve user experiences and ultimately assist with delivering impressive efficiency and cost savings.

She helped overcome hiring managers’ reluctance to embed structural changes they believed would slow down their access to talent by designing a customized process to address their pain points. As a result, Enbridge now has over 1,000 inspection roles in the US and Canada managed by the program, including Enbridge’s largest capital project in its history.  The program is successfully managing $500 million in spend within all skill sets across the enterprise.

Frost has played a crucial role in the successful implementation of several tools and solutions in the company, including a significant project integrating multiple technology solutions being employed by the program. Most recently, she successfully managed the integration of their VMS to Workday and Oracle Cloud.
