A multifaceted leader, Kristen Erban serves as the executive director of talent acquisition operations and recruitment brand marketing for CVS Health. In this role, Erban oversees several functions, including the contingent workforce program, recruitment brand marketing, corporate relocation, project management, analytics and reporting, financials, policy compliance, operations, and vendor management. The CW program at CVS Health makes investments in roles spanning from professional to light industrial, licensed clinical and administrative positions.

Erban prioritizes relationship building with suppliers and hiring managers to ensure a consistent brand experience is delivered across the nearly 10,000 CVS Pharmacy locations nationwide. Most recently, that has included adding thousands of contingent workers, hired to support initiatives related to Covid-19. According to Erban, “It’s the combination of people, technology and project management that makes our program best in class.”

Beyond the program’s success, Erban takes pride in knowing the workers within the CVS Health program are cared for and understand the critical role they play in the business. Many workers are hired by CVS Health or return for future assignments, which Erban cites as a testament to the meaningful work and culture at the company. She explains, “Our program and our strong contingent partners allow business units across CVS Health to find the talent they need to drive our business forward and execute on our purpose of bringing our heart to every moment of a person’s health.”
