Since 2018, Keith Wulffraat has been focused on building a scalable, high-performing program that will meet the talent needs of Facebook, one of the fastest-growing companies in the US. He brings passion and energy to the position and is committed to making a big impact quickly.

He has assembled a team who see themselves as consultants and business partners instead of controllers. The unit serves as the glue that binds the extended workforce to the organization by providing users with education, regulatory compliance, operational support and help resolving any contingent issues.

Wulffraat has already optimized the supplier base and installed a channel strategy for a category with over $100 million in spend. Reducing the number of suppliers by half, while adding several new firms, has improved purchasing power, quality and responsiveness. Under Wulffraat’s leadership, the program now has a formal job title library with market competitive rate cards.

Wulffraat is overseeing the final phases of a direct sourcing pilot program and expanding his program to include SOW support. He has also been instrumental in implementing a market-based pay structure as well as the higher minimum wage and enhanced paid time off and parental leave policies for contractors and temps that were announced by company leaders in May.
